Born in England and raised in Northern NJ, Bina graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. She went on to gain both her Professional in Human Resources and HR Management Certification in 2006. Bina's 19 years of experience in Human Resource Management makes her excellent at organization and negotiation. Her successes in HR for almost two decades demonstrates she is an expert at communicating and dealing with people.
