History of Halo Realty

Halo Realty was founded by Paul Verdicchio, our broker-owner, with the vision of helping other agents to get the training and support they need to have a career and income as he had. Halo Realty was first registered in New York in 2010 then expanded to New Jersey in 2013, Pennsylvania in 2016, Florida in 2018, and to nine (9) other states in 2022.

The name Halo came from Paul's children, HA (Hailey) & LO (Lorenzo). Halo Realty is family-owned and operated. Our main office is centrally located in the town of Martinsville in Bridgewater, NJ, with branch offices in Metuchen, NJ, South Amboy, NJ, Robbinsville, NJ, Sunrise, FL and Lyndhurst, NJ. We also have over 60 satellite locations in this tri-state area with the goal of providing high-quality client services to sellers, buyers, investors, landlords & tenants.

It is also our mission to provide a platform for our sales associates to grow professionally and improve their skills through professional mentorship and continuous training.

“Mission before commission” Our system emphasizes on servicing our clients with integrity and current market information on which to base decisions. We share current market information to our clients and educate them on what they need to know.

  1. All REALTORS must abide by all Company, MLS and the Realtor Board Rules & Regulations / Code of Ethics.
  2. Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance will be collected annually every January of each year. This amount is not pro-rated.
  3. $50 Transaction fee for every closed Rental.
  4. $150 Transaction fee for every closed Sale.
  5. Agent must always have active auto insurance and follow all traffic laws.
  6. Upon resigning from HALO REALTY, all documents and training materials that are property of HALO REALTY shall be returned and not to be used or duplicated at any time.
  7. If agent resigns before completing a closed sales transaction, a $500 training fee will be due before the release of license.
  8. E&O insurance is due immediately before a license is released. This amount cannot be pro-rated.
  9. No commission checks will be disbursed until all state required documents (fully completed & fully signed) are uploaded to the file via Halo's Tracking Form.

The next phases of this bootcamp will introduce you to different tools available to you as you run your business from building your brand to establishing your business and setting yourself up for a long-term successful real estate business and career.

Make sure to work with your Team Leader or your Broker Manager to assist you in completing each phase.
