Halo Realty was founded by Paul Verdicchio, our broker-owner, with the vision of helping other agents to get the training and support they need to have a career and income as he had. Halo Realty was first registered in New York in 2010 then expanded to New Jersey in 2013, Pennsylvania in 2016, Florida in 2018, and to nine (9) other states in 2022.
The name Halo came from Paul's children, HA (Hailey) & LO (Lorenzo). Halo Realty is family-owned and operated. Our main office is centrally located in the town of Martinsville in Bridgewater, NJ, with branch offices in Metuchen, NJ, South Amboy, NJ, Robbinsville, NJ, Sunrise, FL, and soon in Red Bank, NJ, and Lyndhurst, NJ. We also have over 60 satellite locations in this tri-state area with the goal of providing high-quality client services to sellers, buyers, investors, landlords & tenants.
